POSITION OVERVIEW

Represent Unilode Aviation Solutions by developing and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships in assigned stations. This position ensures that contractual obligations are met and that customers have a clear understanding of Unilode practices and procedures to ensure control of assets.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Agree monthly stock allocation by station with the customer based on utilization and forecast data.
  • Define and agree key processes, measurements, and operational improvements together with designated customers and the relevant operational departments and enforce its adherence; prepare and submit KPI reports, help find solutions to non-performance (internal or with the customer or its representatives), and ensure timely internal escalation of customer concerns with supporting information and possible solutions for review.
  • Monitor ULD damage ratios, failure modes and repair costs of ULDs in customer network; take action for reducing damage to ULDs and ensuring repair costs are below target.
  • Identify and support sales opportunities for Pooling and MRO in the market and with existing customers; monitor the execution of critical operational items for customers such as new station start-ups, seasonal changes, peaks etc. and other special requests.
  • Identify possible forecast data and ensure a regular update process from the customer and/or other sources into the Planning Process; ensure seasonal trends and peaks in demand are identified and managed in an effective way by planning ahead and giving instructions to the planning team in time.
  • Critically analyze the relevance and accuracy of the forecasting data and use past incidences to constantly improve the utilization and stock availability on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s network; monitor stock balancing options (new handling providers, trucking companies, routes) and ensure best options are utilized; ensure effective actions are taken by the planning team to maintain the stock availability on the assigned customer\xe2\x80\x99s network at all times.
  • Proactively address customer non-compliance effectively with the relevant parties in the customer\xe2\x80\x99s organization.
  • Provide Planning team and Sales with customer and competitor feedback; responsible for analysis and reporting of service failures or other important issues. Additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • College or diploma education required, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree desirable.
  • Proven experience in airline/airport/air cargo operation required.
  • Familiarity with aircraft, passenger and cargo handling processes required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision whilst retaining oversight of group goals as a team member.
