Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Associate at Transcom, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication. You will handle customer inquiries, provide resolution to their concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role demands a professional with strong telesales expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and address their queries.
• Resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions in alignment with PhonePe (MLS) processes.
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services as necessary to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions to build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience is required.
• Gender: Only male candidates are eligible for this role.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
