Job Title: - Customer Success Associate (Preferably Female)

Job Overview: - Our company is searching for a customer success specialist who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities: -

• Working Night shifts from 9 pm to 6 am Monday to Saturday.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide a "wow" experience for our customers by going the extra mile - inquiries are via email/chat, or via phone call.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Attending Board Meetings which may be held during Business hours or non-Business hours. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Desired skills: -

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Fresher's preferred)
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications
• Excellent command over English
• Active team player

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite - Surat, Gujarat)

Working Days: Monday- Saturday

Working Hours: 9 PM- 6 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
