iDesign.Market is an online marketplace and SaaS business dedicated to home renovation and interior. The company has been funded by Angel Investors and leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products/services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to address their concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to advocate for the customer and drive improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their usage of our products/services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
• Develop and deliver customer success plans to guide customers in achieving their goals and maximizing the value of our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Architecture, Construction and Interior Design Industry.
