Together we will take human and machine intelligence to a next level of human-machine collaboration based on learning algorithms & real-world challenges with large industrial machinery.As a Customer Solutioning Engineer, you will act as the primary customer interface and technical orchestrator in engineering and delivery within customer projects. Your role involves leveraging technical expertise in assets & instrumentation, along with a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem (cloud, edge, data science, simulation), to ensure successful implementation and delivery of customer projects.Key tasks / topics:\xc2\xb7 Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\xc2\xb7 Technical Orchestration: Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.\xc2\xb7 Asset & Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.\xc2\xb7 Digital Twin Solution Ecosystem: Develop a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulation, to support solutioning and delivery.\xc2\xb7 Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.\xc2\xb7 Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.\xc2\xb7 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.Qualifications

• Master\'s or Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials or related fields

• 3-10 years of experience in various roles related to research, development, industrial processes & automation and managing high performance teams
• Hands-on experience with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis from industrial systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.)
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience in feature engineering and selection for predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their data services.
• Ability to connect engineering to data science
• Experience/ Understanding of physics informed and first-principle based AI
• Very Good Understanding of Industrial equipment and required instrumentation aspects
