Role Overview



As a

Senior Customer Sales Officer

, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring efficient store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through their purchase journey while mentoring junior team members to enhance overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Engagement



Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by educating customers on premium watch brands and their craftsmanship. Build strong relationships with high-net-worth customers and ensure repeat business. Achieve and exceed individual and category-wise sales targets.

Retail Operations & Store Management



Adhere to store operating policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Manage stock efficiently by tracking opening and closing inventory, ensuring replenishment. Ensure product security, report discrepancies, and follow SOPs for stock handling. Support the marketing and VM teams in implementing promotions and campaigns.

Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling



Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring prompt resolution. Gather and relay customer feedback to merchandising and retail operations teams to enhance store performance.

Team Collaboration & Leadership



Mentor and support Junior Customer Sales Officers to improve their sales performance. Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with adherence to retail SOPs and compliance.

Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).

?18,000 - ?25,000 per month + incentives

Pay: ?220,047.32 - ?300,000.00 per year
