Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by educating customers on premium watch brands and their craftsmanship.
Build strong relationships with high-net-worth customers and ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual and category-wise sales targets.
Retail Operations & Store Management
Adhere to store operating policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Manage stock efficiently by tracking opening and closing inventory, ensuring replenishment.
Ensure product security, report discrepancies, and follow SOPs for stock handling.
Support the marketing and VM teams in implementing promotions and campaigns.
Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
Gather and relay customer feedback to merchandising and retail operations teams to enhance store performance.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor and support Junior Customer Sales Officers to improve their sales performance.
Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
