We are industry-leading global provider of laboratory testing services in Chemical and Microbiological segments across the pharmaceutical , Biotech , medical devices and packaging Industries . We are looking for a Customer Service/ Laboratory Executive with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. Happy to work within a Laboratory environment, you will display exemplary customer service skills, you will work directly with our customers via phone and email to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. Your main aim is to ensure that you assist in the smooth running of internal and external customer services and assist within the Laboratory as and when required. A background in Pharma Testing Lab/CRO is desirable. The Key Responsibilities include: Answering customer calls/inquiries via phone and email Dealing with enquiries and passing on complaints and queries to concerned departments and resolve the queries Developing a rapport with our customers & your colleagues Ensuring that all samples received are logged into the system reports delivered in a timely and accurate manner Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule:
