About the work from home job/internshipWe are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join our team.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work with our customers & partners to ensure all local regulations are followed.
2. Work with our local partners as well as law enforcement agencies across the world to minimize misuse of our service.
3. Review payments from customers to minimize losses from unauthorized transactions.
4. Contribute towards the identification of possible points of compromise and provide recommendations to minimize possible damage.
5. Document all communication with customers accurately as per guidelines and in a timely manner via system tools.
6. Ensure that issues are escalated promptly to appropriate internal departments.
7. Relay feedback to the concerned supervisors regarding pertinent process changes and updates or any other issues that may compromise customer experience.Requirements:1. Flexibility and adaptability to work night shifts and extended or non-traditional hours to support emergency situations.
2. Very good accent-neutral communication skills in English.
3. High integrity and a strong work ethic and are a good team player.
4.
