About the internship
As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at eSahayak, your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
2. Assisting customers with product information, and resolving complaints effectively
3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
4. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
5. Providing feedback on customer trends and preferences to improve overall service delivery
