Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-notch service.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with orders: placements, modifications, cancellations, and tracking.
Stay updated on our products and share personalized recommendations.
Document interactions in the CRM system and provide insights to improve service.
Collect and relay customer feedback to refine products and processes.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree and customer support experience.
Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and multitasking capabilities.
