About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer Interaction:
Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Deliver accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Manage challenging situations and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
2. Zoho CRM Management:
Leverage Zoho CRM to track and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Update customer profiles with relevant information and ensure data integrity.
Use Zoho CRM analytics to monitor key customer service metrics and generate reports.
Collaborate with teams to automate processes and improve CRM workflows.
3. Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently using available tools and resources.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up.
4. Feedback and Improvement:
Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance products and services.
Identify trends and recurring issues using Zoho CRM and recommend process improvements.
5. Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
Train colleagues on effective use of Zoho CRM tools to enhance team efficiency.
Stay updated on Zoho CRM enhancements and best practices to optimize its use.
