Go the extra mile to help our customers as much as possible, wherever possible!Role - Customer Experience InternResponsibilities- Handling all day to day inbound and outbound queries including calls, emails, social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Gathering customer feedback, reviews, and ratings from customers.
- Empathise and understand dissatisfied customers and our target audience.
- The customer is first and always right! Ensure the Turn-Around-Time (TAT) expected by the customer is fulfilled/maintained.
- Uphold the premium experience of the company to the customer base and ownership of end-to-end query resolution.Requirements- An ambitious fresher or someone with experience of up to one year can apply.
- Have a basic understanding of all Customer Experience activities including customer calling, social media, analytics, CRM tool management etc.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi.
