About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Jivabhumi's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges
Gathering customer feedback and reporting it to relevant departments to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer service database
