• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Answer customer queries regarding the menu, ingredients, and dietary options.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the manager as necessary.
