We are looking for talented professionals to join our team for a 3-month contract role to serve as Customer Service Specialist, who will assist customers through a medium complexity process and driving the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success of our customers.



• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: Immediate joiners only
• Location: Must be in Bangalore and available to work from our office
• Work Hours: North American hours (India night shifts)


Responsibilities



• Contact North American customers via outbound calling
• Work directly with the customer to educate and guide them through a regulatory mandated registration process
• Follow up with all customers to communicate incomplete or missing information
• Clearly communicate statuses with customers by email and phone
• Record results of all calls in our CRM system
• Return any phone messages and reply to customers' emails


Requirements



• Must be able to start immediately and commit to a 3-month term
• Applicant must be located in Bangalore
• All employees are required to work from office.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written communication.
• Working hours North America hours only (India night shifts)
• Very detail-oriented with time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Experience working in an outbound environment is an asset


Qualifications:

• 6 months of customer service professional work experience
• Post secondary education
• Should have experience in interacting with customers
• Knowledge of mobile and cloud telephony technology and terminology is a plus.
