Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves managing customer interactions, driving sales, and contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, present sales proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and address customer concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales and customer service reports to management.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
