Make calls to given data within the timeframe2. Provide correct information to the customers3. Enters details into the software4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.9.
