Job Title: Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative (US Car Parts Process)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inside Sales / Customer Service Representatives for our US Car Parts Process. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the automotive industry. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with their car parts inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers regarding car parts inquiries, orders, and support.

- Assist customers in identifying the correct car parts and provide detailed product information.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service.

- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to help customers.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

- Interest in the automotive industry is preferred.

For Experienced Candidates:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of car parts and automotive products is highly desirable.

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for freshers and experienced to ensure a strong start in the role.
