The Customer Service Representative is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the Customer Service group / function.
You are responsible for a portfolio of our customers based in India. You are the first point of contact and you participate in the cross departmental coordination of orders from order receipt until delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and distributors
  • Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of orders
  • Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents
  • After Sales customer support: credit checks, service complaints, product returns,
  • Acting as a back-up for colleagues
Ideal Profile:
  • Based on site in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
  • You are looking for a challenging job within a global organization
  • Experience in Customer Service and SAP is a plus.
  • You are fluent in in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer satisfaction is your main concern.
  • You are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
  • You are an accurate worker and are strong work ethic
