About the Role:
Startek is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Support team in an inbound calling process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping others, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems or concerns that customers may face.
Maintain customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the system for future reference.
Follow-up with customers if needed to ensure resolutions are properly executed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service Orientation: Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer support role
