Job Details:
• Interact with customers over a call to understand their concerns and queries.
• Provide prompt and appropriate solutions.
• Escalate customers' concerns to the authorized department people.
• Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
• Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.
• The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Salary: 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 Lacs P.A.
Age: 24 years to 35 years
Preferred candidate profile:
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English & Tamil must
• Candidates who can speak additional Hindi , Kannada, Telugu or Malayalam
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Only BE/ B.Tech graduates (no arrears)-All documents must.
