Job Summary:

Answer inbound calls within the guidelines and goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieve call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Mentor Infocomm is hiring for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) - BE/ B.Tech graduates only

Job Details:

• Interact with customers over a call to understand their concerns and queries.
• Provide prompt and appropriate solutions.
• Escalate customers' concerns to the authorized department people.
• Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
• Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.
• The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP

Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Salary: 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 Lacs P.A.

Age: 24 years to 35 years

Preferred candidate profile:

• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English & Tamil must
• Candidates who can speak additional Hindi , Kannada, Telugu or Malayalam
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Only BE/ B.Tech graduates (no arrears)-All documents must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
