Job Title: Customer Care & Event Coordination Officer Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Event Coordination Officer. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating events and activities, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 6 months - 1 year Location: Dombivali Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Care:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Office Administration:
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and record-keeping tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members or event attendees.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, event planning, and office operations.
  • Compile data and generate reports to track customer service metrics, event attendance, and other key performance indicators.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to support integrated business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or office administration roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Customer-centric attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Schedule:
