Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Service Representative

to handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and proactively upsell relevant services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a problem-solving approach. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products based on customer needs. Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales (preferred). Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. Persuasive and confident in upselling products/services. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain professional under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
