Job Description
Position : German Customer Service Associate (Media Market Services - MMS)
Process : Pilot Process - Media Market Services
Location : Jaipur, RJ
Eligibility Criteria :
• Educational Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate fresher or experienced candidate is eligible.
• Experience: Both BPO and Non-BPO experience will be considered.
• Language Skills: Excellent German-speaking abilities are mandatory. Proficiency in English communication is also required.
• Certification: Candidates should possess German language certification between levels B2 and C1 (with a preference for C1).
Working Conditions :
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week, with 2 week-offs on alternate weeks.
• Shift: Rotational shifts.
• Transportation: Both-way cab services provided.
Compensation and Benefits :
• Salary:
• Up to 6.5 LPA for freshers.
• Up to 9 LPA for experienced candidates.
• Relocation Bonus: ?8,000 provided for eligible candidates relocating to Jaipur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?650,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year

• Rotational shift
