Customer Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer disputes and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
Order Processing:
• Receive, process, and track customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales team and logistics department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Verify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage backorders and out-of-stock situations.
• Prepare and issue invoices and other necessary documentation.
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and payment details.
• Update customer databases with relevant information.
• Prepare reports on customer activity, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:
• Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Assist with customer service training and development.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
