Role Description: As an Enrollment Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with teachers, students, and parents to enroll students. You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our online Olympiad and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with teachers, students, and parents via phone or digital channels.
• Provide information about the Olympiad, answer queries, and address concerns.
• Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary details are collected accurately.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?14,000.00 per month
