- Provide information about the Olympiad, answer queries, and address concerns.
- Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary details are collected accurately.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
