Executive Work From Office - Job Location: Jaipur Salary \xe2\x80\x93 27,000 CTC to 30,000 CTC (Monthly) \xe2\x80\x93 Depends on Interview, Experience and qualification Responsibilities:
  • To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
  • Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
  • Meet the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Minimum 6 months Experience Required
  • Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) \xe2\x80\x93 Most Important
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours \xe2\x80\x93 Night, Noon, Day \xe2\x80\x93 Business req.
  • 6 days Working
