Job Profile - CSE - Customer Support Executive/Technical Support
Executive Work From Office - Job Location: JaipurSalary - 27,000 CTC to 30,000 CTC (Monthly) - Depends on Interview, Experience and qualificationResponsibilities:
  • To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
  • Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
  • Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Minimum 6 months Experience Required
  • Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) - Most Important
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours - Night, Noon, Day - Business req.
  • 6 days Working
