Required customer service executive to manage below responsibilities :-

1. Responding to customer inquiries
2. Resolving complaints
3. Providing information related to stock specifications.
4 . Maintaining customer records
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction
6. Providing support
7. Guiding customers
8. Providing proactive outreach
9 . Answering questions about a company's products or services
10 .Delivering information about a company's offerings .

Special Note :- She must have good communication skills & fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Mohali - 140306, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
