Job Description



- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as requested by the customer.
- Keep records of interaction of customers, keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries and comments.
- Render Administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed.
- Follow up customers and their complaints, ensuring that customers request are attended accordingly.
- Knowledge about Geographical areas of UK will be an added advantage.
- Willing and comfortable to work as per UK shift timings.

Required Candidate profile

- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in handling International customers.
- Ability to listen and pay attention to details.
- Possess excellent telephone and email etiquettes
- Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic applications.
- Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with fluency in English.
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
- Ability to effectively work with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Timings- UK Shift (12:30pm to 10:30pm)

Working days- 5 (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
