Sales representatives must stay informed about the latest health insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting health insurance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Outreach
Contacting Prospective Customers: Making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about health insurance plans and services.
Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through various sources and converting them into potential clients.
2. Product Promotion
Product Explanation: Explaining the features, benefits, and details of various health insurance plans.
Addressing Queries: Responding to customer queries and providing accurate information about insurance products.
3. Sales and Enrollments
Sales Targets: Achieving assigned sales targets by convincing customers to purchase health insurance plans.
Enrollment Assistance: Assisting customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
4. Compliance and Regulations
Adherence to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations related to health insurance.
Data Security: Protecting sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Higher Secondary or a bachelor\'s degree in any field.
