Role Description

We are hiring a Pre-Sales cum Customer Care Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Indore . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, handling cold calling, supporting pre-sales activities, and delivering excellent customer care. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving pre-sales efforts to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.

- Provide voice support and live chat interaction to address customer inquiries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline and support lead conversion.

- Analyze customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and offer tailored solutions.

- Track and forecast customer requirements to align with business goals.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident approach to cold calling.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Analytical mindset to assess trends, forecast opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changing needs.
