As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Excellent English speaking skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing product information.
- Handle customer inquiries:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about our dietary supplement products.
- Process orders and returns:Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records: Update and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to address customer needs and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Provide product recommendations: Utilize your knowledge of our dietary supplement products to make personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and goals.
- Handle customer complaints: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date: Stay informed about our dietary supplement products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English speaking skills:Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers primarily through phone calls.
