Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Provide product/service information and guidance to customers. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
