•Job Summary:• We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. •Key Responsibilities:• •Customer Service• 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. 3. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies. 4. Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams. •Communication• 1. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. 2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. 3. Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions. •Problem-Solving• 1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, technical) to resolve customer issues. 3. Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction. •Administrative Tasks• 1. Maintain accurate customer records. 2. Update customer information in CRM systems. 3. Perform other administrative tasks as required. •Requirements:• •Education• - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. •Experience• - 1-2 years of customer service experience. - Experience in a similar industry or sector preferred. •Skills• - Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). - Strong analytical and reporting skills. •Performance Metrics:• 1. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. 2. First Response Time (FRT). 3. Resolution Rate. 4. Net Promoter Score (NPS). 5. Customer Retention Rate.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
