Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via multiple channels and resolve their issues.
Deliver accurate product and service information.
Listen to concerns, offer solutions, and ensure follow-up.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Work with internal teams to handle and escalate complex issues.
Document interactions for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Hindi, with no MTI or RTI.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Graduate from any field.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
