Key duties include answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages, handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, and processing orders, returns, and exchanges. CSRs must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions. They also maintain customer records, track service issues, and escalate unresolved matters to higher-level support when necessary. Additionally, they play a role in promoting company products and services, ensuring that customers are informed about promotions or updates. CSRs work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to meet performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Their role is crucial in building customer loyalty and ensuring a positive experience with the company
