We are seeking experienced customer service executives to join our team. As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Managing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Meeting or exceeding customer service targets.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software.
