Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Meet and Assist Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to travelers at the airport. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and stress-free airport experience for passengers, offering guidance, support, and assistance from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, professional, and have excellent communication skills to handle a variety of passenger needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and Greet Passengers : Welcome passengers upon arrival at the airport and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless experience.
• Escort Assistance : Assist passengers with navigating the airport, including check-in, security checks, immigration, and boarding.
• Guidance and Information : Provide clear and accurate information on flight schedules, gate information, airport amenities, and lounge access.
• Baggage Assistance : Help passengers with their luggage, including porter services, baggage handling, and claim support if required.
• Problem Resolution : Handle any customer issues or inquiries professionally, addressing complaints and providing solutions to ensure passenger satisfaction.
• VIP and Special Needs Services : Offer specialized services for VIPs, elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and those with special needs.
• Coordination with Airport Staff : Work closely with airline and airport personnel to ensure smooth passenger flow and assist with any issues.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of services provided, any incidents, and other relevant information as required by airport policies.
Qualifications:
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Experience : Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or an airport environment preferred.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in widely spoken languages.
• Other Requirements :
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle luggage as needed
