•Hiring for Voice Customer Service for a Corporate Company. •

•Process: Customer Service + Upselling •

Note:

• Fluency in English.
• Apply if comfortable in day rotational shifts and 1 rotational off.
• Apply if comfortable in voice process.
• Apply if comfortable in mentioned salary as per the profile.
• Apply if comfortable in upselling. (upselling-Pitch the alternate product to the customers)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• HSC/Graduate freshers can apply. (14k inhand)
• HSC/Graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO voice experience.
• Day shift.
• 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
• Location is Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
• Age upto 32 years.
• Salary is between 14k to 22k inhand.
