Job Description

A customer service representative's job is to assist customers with a company's products or services. Some of their responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers Customer service representatives may communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person. They may also handle a large volume of calls, emails, and chats.
• Answering questions Customer service representatives may answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and more.
• Resolving complaints Customer service representatives may investigate and resolve customer complaints. They may also escalate complex issues to managers.
• Providing support Customer service representatives may assist customers with registration, account creation, and more.
• Following guidelines Customer service representatives may follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Recommending improvements Customer service representatives may recommend improvements to company processes.
• Monitoring satisfaction Customer service representatives may monitor customer satisfaction levels.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
