We run India's largest Integrated Corporate Giftech platform which powers Gifting, Merchandise, Rewards, Vouchers, and Corporate BrandSTORE/Swag Management Platforms in India with an experience of servicing over 1000 corporate clients over the last 10 years. Our SAAS Platform FOXBOX Rewards automates gifting, merchandise, rewards, and loyalty solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via voice calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, issue resolution, and general inquiries.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize basic Excel skills to maintain customer records, track interactions, and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolution of issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
