Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with no MTI or RTI, and have strong Hindi writing skills. Whether you are a fresher or have experience, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the BPO sector. Insurance experience and a sales acumen are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries accurately.
• Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and maintain performance metrics and goals.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding insurance products and services.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications :

• Graduate from any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no MTI or RTI.
• Strong Hindi writing skills.
• Insurance experience preferred; sales acumen is a plus.
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Day shifts for females until 9 PM; rotational for males.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
