As a Customer Service Representative at EDHR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor in relevant field
  • Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Excellent soft skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication, to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Strong data entry skills to ensure all customer information and interactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.
  • Multilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, enhancing customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities to build and sustain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tele-calling skills with the ability to make targeted calls to potential and existing clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with lead generation techniques to identify and secure potential clients and business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and accurate information and assistance.
  • Manage and update customer accounts and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Conduct tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to address client needs and facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing clients by ensuring their service needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify potential areas for service improvement by analyzing customer feedback and complaints and providing insights to management.
  • Participate in training and development workshops to enhance service delivery and customer engagement skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions and service delivery.
