Roles and Responsibilities
Answering calls from customers regarding their shipments
Address customer grievances
Coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays
Assist with online booking of shipment

Should know how to talk in English fluently
Knowledge of MS Office
Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner
Experience of handling customer complaints preferred
Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.
