Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Manage and act as an intermediate between the store and brand service issues

2. Receive service watches from stores and escalate the issue to the brands

3. Enter service details in the system for escalation

4. Follow up with brands for pending services

5. Support CRE in arranging the customer database

6. Manage the logistics involved in the transfer of service watches

7. Provide daily work reports to the service manager
