We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our back-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to our clients throughout the shipping process.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist customers with booking shipments, providing freight quotes, and tracking orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
Salary: Depending on experience
