Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
Fluent English Speaking Is Must Important
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
