As the Customer Support Executive, you will be expected to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information. The key responsibilities will primarily be:
• Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.
• Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives
• Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
• Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
• Capturing and applying customer feedback.
• Solving customer query.
• Acting as a bridge between Tele Inbound and Logistics team.
