Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at Yogakulam Academy, you will be our customer's first point of contact and leads generated from our social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support and guidance, ensuring our customers receive the information and assistance they need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both voice and written formats, as well as a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Handle and nurture leads generated from social media platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

- Customer Support: Provide professional and responsive customer support through various channels (voice and non-voice), addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.

- Communication: Communicate effectively with international customers, utilizing solid English language skills (both spoken and written) to ensure clear understanding and assistance.

- Problem Solving: Quickly identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and support processes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align on customer needs and service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in an international environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Proficient in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with yoga or wellness industries is a plus but not required.

Pay: ?144,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
